Using LivFresh Mobile Whitening System is super simple! Please see below:

1. Be sure to look at your teeth in the mirror before your first treatment to create a baseline of the color of your teeth. This will help you judge the improvement with LivFresh Mobile Whitening System.
2. We recommend brushing your teeth with LivFresh Gel Toothpaste before using the whitening system. After brushing, dry the surface of your teeth with a tissue or towel.
3. When ready, take the silver metal alloy pen and twist the pen until a drop of the serum is visible on the tip of the brush applicator. We recommend the silver pen for daily use and the gold pen for special occasions.
4. Apply the serum to your teeth. Be sure to cover the teeth entirely, even near the gumline. We recommend using 4 droplets during each session. Each droplet of serum can cover 1 of the 4 quadrants of your mouth. Be sure to keep your mouth open the entire time as you apply the serum
5. After covering the surface of your teeth, put the mouthguard into your mouth, and then close your lips over it. Connect the blue diode to your device, and your treatment has begun!
6. Start the clock for 10-20 minutes. Upon finishing the treatment, remove the mouth guard and unplug the blue diode from your device. Proceed to rinse your mouth.
7. Avoid drinking coffee, soda, or wine for at least 2 hours after using the strips.
8. Use daily for 20 straight days for maximum effect.

Within 5 days of daily use, your teeth should see a difference in the color of your teeth. By Day 8, your teeth should be noticeably whiter. Your teeth will progressively become brighter until you finish the entire 14-day treatment

As a reminder, please do not drink coffee, wine, or soda for at least 2 hours after using the strips for a long-lasting effect.

Each box comes with 4 whitening pens - 3 silver & 1 gold. Each pen should provided approximately 5 treatments, with a total of 20 whitening treatments with each system. A complimentary tooth shade guide is included as well. 

You should use LivFresh whitening strips consistently for 20 days. If you are happy with your results midway through the 20-day period, you can stop and apply as needed.You should refill and use another set of LivFresh whitening strips within 4 to 6 months to maintain your pearly white teeth.
