This app is useful in Nigeria. But there is room for improvement: 1. Locations are not updated, so I have to choose a place closer to my house to get there. I'm talking about locations in a metropolis like Port Harcourt, Rivers State. Most times, it indicates to the driver that I have arrived when I'm still far from my destination. 2. The prices on the driver's app are higher than the ones on the passengers' side. This brings unnecessary confusion and arguments. Please, fix your app. Thank you!

We used Bolt twice during our stay in Paphos. The first experience was great, although it took a while to get a taxi from our hotel due to the rainy weather, the driver was polite and the journey was smooth. Unfortunately, the second time wasn’t as good because the driver was rude, aggressive, and very argumentative, which really put a damper on things. That said, the app itself is excellent, very easy to use, well-organised, and far cheaper than flagging a taxi 👍

Lately, the application regularily does not match the location on the map with the address correctly. For instance, twice during a week we were let out a few hundreds meters away from my son's school, enven though the address I entered was correct and accessible for a taxi. Another example, today the application sent the driver to a wrong bus stop. I was even charged late fee. Update: new bugs with every update, can't see the map now after the order is made until the driver arrives.
