Returns Policy 

All items purchased at BioBox can be returned within 48 hours after the date of receipt. All items can be returned by calling the BioBox Customer Care team or by emailing them. Food and perishable products are not returnable or exchangeable. Refunds are provided to the original mode of payment. 

The products should be new and in unused condition to be eligible for returns. Refunds are not provided for shipping charges. 

Shipping & Delivery 

BioBox offers free delivery on all orders over 109 AED in the United Arab Emirates. A delivery charge of 15 AED is imposed if the order amount is below 109 AED. BioBox also offers express delivery in Dubai, Sharjah, and other emirates in which the orders are delivered on the same day. 

The delivery charges for express delivery are 10 AED in the UAE. 

Payments 

You can pay via debit/credit cards at BioBox. The cards issued by UAE registered banks are only eligible for payments. BioBox currently does not offers customers to pay through cash on delivery.
