Shipping & Returns

The shipping date varies with every purchase order, your city location, and the payment method in Saudi Arabia.

The Delivery of orders inside Riyadh city is within 5 to 7 working days & Outside Riyadh within 7 to 15 working days excluding weekends. Delivery usually takes longer if orders are done on official holidays such as Eid and National Day of the Kingdom.

The Cost of shipping for small orders is 29 SAR and is delivered earlier. An additional Charge of 49 SAR is charged if the order is done via cash on delivery.

All Products bought on Black Box can be returned within 30 days. There is a charge of 150 SAR for returning large appliances like Air Conditioners, Washing Machines, Dishwashers, and other products.
