Returns Policy

Customers can return the products purchased at Searush within 15 days from the date of delivery. Kayaks, SUP boards, Sea scooters, and Electric scooters cannot be returned. Customers can go to their orders and initiate a pickup for their return request. Pickups are often done within 3 days after receiving the return request.

Refunds are processed to the Souq Wallet in case of cash on delivery orders. Money in the Souq Wallet can be transferred to the bank or can be used for purchases at Searush. A 100% Refund is provided after all returns. For Prepaid orders, the refunds come in the original mode of payment. The Policy is applicable in the United Arab Emirates.
