Returns Policy

If you’re unhappy with your purchase at Kenz, you have 30 days from the original date you placed your order to return your item. Kenz doesn't offer direct refunds but offers gift cards that can be used to buy any product on Kenz. Lingerie that comes with underwear, underwear, and shapewear cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.

Shipping

Free Delivery is done in Saudi Arabia on orders above 350 SAR. 30 SAR is charged as a delivery fee if the order is below 350 SAR. Delivery charges to Kuwait, UAE, Oman, Bahrain are 40 SAR. It can take between 1-3 weeks to deliver the order if customers stay outside of Saudi Arabia. Orders in KSA are usually delivered within 5 days.
