e& money account can be opened by any user who is a resident of the United Arab Emirates. Additionally, the user must be 16 years old, should hold a valid Emirates ID, and have a UAE mobile number. The e& money account can also be opened by the user outside the UAE by fulfilling the above conditions.
e& Money Card
