Returns & Exchange Policy

All products can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery at Teckzu. Customers need to go to their account and select "My Returns" from the tab. Customers then need to request a return and give an appropriate reason for the request. The products need to be in the original condition to be eligible for returns. The Refund is processed within 7 days after receiving the products. No Extra Shipping Fees is charged for returns. Refunds are processed as store credits which can be used at Teckzu for future purchases. The Store Credits have a 1-year expiry.

All the products bought at Teckzu can also be exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery. If the price of the exchanged device is higher, then the difference must be paid to Teckzu in cash.

Shipping & Delivery

Teckzu offers free shipping on all orders above 200 AED in the United Arab Emirates. A minimal charge of 15 AED is charged as a delivery fee if the order amount is below 200 AED. If the order is paid via cash on delivery option, an additional charge of 15 AED is applicable for all orders in the UAE. Orders are usually delivered within 2-3 days in Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah.
