Refunds, Cancellations & Exchanges
Unopened items (original condition and packaging) can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery at BabyStore UAE. The Collection is free of charge if the order value is less than 200 AED. For orders exceeding 200 AED, a flat fee of 20 AED is charged to process refunds. Products can also be exchanged and there is no extra charge for that.
If an order is returned after 7 days there is a charge of 40 AED which includes a collection fee of AED 20 and a delivery charge of AED 20.
BabyStore usually collects items within 24-48 hours from the date of your return or exchange. The delivery of replacement usually takes 2-3 working days after the product is received at BabyStore. Free Returns are available only in the United Arab Emirates.
Products that include Books, Diapers, Baby wipes, Food Items, Potty training items, Undergarments, Nursing Pads, Clothing/footwear items, and Personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
