Delivery

Dokkan Afkar offers free delivery on all orders above 200 SAR in Saudi Arabia. A small charge of 19 SAR is charged as a delivery fee if the order amount is below 200 SAR. The Company ships all its orders via Aramex. You can also pay for your order via cash on delivery payment option. An additional fee of 25 SAR is applicable if you use cash on delivery for payments.

Return Policy

Dokkan Afkar offers a 14-day return period in which all customers can return any of their orders. The refund is processed to the original mode of payment within 6 days of accepting the return order.
