Returns & Exchange Policy

Customers can choose to return the products purchased at eXtra within 14 days from the day of delivery. Software, Video Games, Health & Beauty Products, Mobile phones, Computers, Gaming devices, Printers, faxes, copy machines, supplies, and accessories are not eligible for returns.

A fee of 29 SAR is deducted from the refund of any product. Products can be returned by going to the "my orders" section. Refunds are processed within 7 days after the products which have been returned have been verified. All Products bought at eXtra can also be exchanged.
