Shipping & Delivery
You can get free delivery on all orders over 200 SAR at iPhady. The Company charges 35 SAR as a delivery charge if the order amount is below 200 SAR. They also deliver to all cities in Saudi Arabia. The orders are usually delivered within 5 business days. You have to pay between 15-45 SAR as cash on delivery charge if the order is paid via that option. The amount will be charged depending on the order amount.
Payments

Returns Policy
You can choose to return any order within 14 days after receiving it. Items can only be returned if they are damaged or defective. You have to keep the original invoice and the original products in order to be eligible for a return. A return fee of 30 SAR is applicable on all returns.
Refunds are processed within 30 days after accepting the returns. The amount is transferred to the bank in case of all cash on delivery orders.
