Return Policy

Customers can return the products bought at Sidalih within 7 days from the date of delivery. Personal care items, food, vitamins, medicine, socks
beauty & fragrances, hosiery, and earrings cannot be returned at Sidalih. You can return the products if they are defective, damaged, or not as described at Sidalih.

Products can be returned by scheduling a pickup at Sidalih. The refunds are processed to the mode of payment. The refunds usually take about 1 month to reflect in the account. For cash on delivery orders, refunds are processed as Sidalih account balance. The balance can then be used for all purchases.

Shipping & Delivery

Sidalih offers delivery to Saudi Arabia and all GCC Countries. Free delivery is offered for all orders over 250 SAR in Saudi Arabia. If the order amount is below 250 SAR, an additional amount of 25 SAR is charged as a delivery fee at Sidalih.

If the order amount is below 250 SAR for delivering to Riyadh, an additional fee of 15 SAR is charged. The Delivery for all orders happens within 2-5 days to all cities in Saudi Arabia. The Company delivers the orders via its courier companies which include SMSA, Aramex, and DHL.

Customers can also pay through cash on delivery at Sidalih. A fee of 18 SAR is charged as cash on delivery fee for all orders paid via the method in Saudi Arabia. The shipping rates for other GCC Countries are calculated according to each country and are visible while paying for the order.
