YOOX has a defined return policy in place to handle all return requests. All Products bought can be returned within 60 days from the date of delivery. A Flat Fee of $15 is charged for every return. Orders have to shipped to YOOX's Hong Kong warehouse for fulfilling return requests. Refunds are processed to the source mode of payment.
